Required Qualifications — ER RN / Travel Nurse Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Mississippi or compact state (compact RN license accepted) Minimum 1 year recent ER RN experience required; 2+ years preferred (emergency department, trauma, or acute care) EPIC charting proficiency required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC (or equivalent trauma certification) COVID-19 vaccination required; flu vaccine required (medical exemptions allowed with documentation) Fingerprinting required (in-person in Grenada or Jackson, MS; remote option available) Key Responsibilities — Emergency Room Nurse Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to adult and occasional pediatric patients in a fast-paced ED. Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs; manage acute and trauma cases per protocol. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and allied health staff to ensure coordinated care. Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient progress using EPIC. Respond to codes and trauma activations; support rapid, high-acuity decision-making. Adhere to facility policies, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols. Note on Housing:
