FACILITY INFORMATION:

Beds: 162

Trauma Level: Facility 1 & 2 are Level 2; Facility 3 is not a trauma center

EMR System: Epic

Support Staff Available: ED and inpatient staff

Reason for Coverage: Community call support

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE:

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes (at all 3 locations)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Licenses: NY license

Board: Board Certified

DEA: Required

Experience: Minimum 3 years; must manage call for 3 hospitals

Other Qualifications: Must be credentialed at the 3 locations

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide ENT call coverage at 3 hospitals

Handle ED and inpatient consults

No supervision of APPs or residents required
