A healthcare opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical care in Midland, MI. This contract role involves direct patient care under the supervision of the Med-Surg Nurse Manager and focuses on delivering comprehensive nursing services to a diverse patient population, including oncology, obstetrics, hospice, and general medical-surgical patients. Key Responsibilities: Assess patient health status, document findings, and develop individualized care plans. Implement nursing interventions and document patient progress accurately. Evaluate patient responses to treatments and modify care plans as necessary. Supervise nursing staff in carrying out patient care plans to ensure quality outcomes. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with Medical-Surgical experience. Ability to perform thorough nursing assessments and develop effective care plans. Strong clinical skills in managing oncology, obstetrics, hospice, and surgical patients. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to guide team members. Familiarity with established nursing policies, procedures, and charting requirements. Location
