CSI Companies is hiring an Oracle Fusion Payroll Analyst
for a top-tier client undergoing a long-term enterprise transformation.
Hours:
Full-time, MondayโFriday, standard business hours
Location:
Remote (must be willing to travel up to 20% during implementation; ~5% post go-live)
Pay:
$110,000 โ $120,000/year, based on experience
Position Type:
Direct Hire (W-2 position, no C2C)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Oracle Fusion Payroll Analyst
to join a large-scale, multi-year Oracle Cloud HCM implementation. This is a critical role on a highly visible team responsible for supporting the configuration, deployment, and long-term optimization of Oracle Fusion Payroll.
The ideal candidate brings strong functional expertise in
Oracle Fusion Payroll , including payroll configuration, balances, fast formulas, costing, and compliance. This is a remote role with required travel during key implementation phases.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as a
subject matter expert (SME)
for Oracle Fusion Payroll
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather and translate payroll business requirements into system configurations
Lead or support payroll implementation activities, including configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), training, and go-live support
Configure payroll elements such as earnings, deductions, taxes, payroll balances, costing, and fast formulas
Support payroll integrations with HCM, Time & Labor, Benefits, and General Ledger
Develop and maintain payroll reports and reconciliations using
BI Publisher and OTBI
Provide post-go-live payroll support, issue resolution, and continuous system optimization
Ensure payroll solutions align with business needs, compliance requirements, and Oracle best practices
Participate in Oracle Cloud quarterly releases, system upgrades, and enhancements
Support payroll audits, controls, and data accuracy initiatives
Qualifications:
Proven experience with
Oracle Fusion Payroll / Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll
Experience supporting at least one
full lifecycle Oracle Payroll implementation
Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
Hands-on experience with payroll configuration, fast formulas, balances, and costing
Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments preferred
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working remotely and traveling up to
20% through implementation (approximately 5% post go-live)
Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred
