Our rapidly growing client is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support manufacturing optimization, process improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives within a fast-paced production environment. This role will focus on analyzing workflows, improving throughput, and implementing sustainable process enhancements to support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality
Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning initiatives
Support facility layout optimization and material flow improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, quality, and engineering
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Develop standard work instructions, process documentation, and performance metrics
Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
Support new equipment implementation and process validation activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
2–5+ years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
Experience with time studies, process mapping, and workflow optimization
Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel or similar)
Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to engineering
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
