Local Contract WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a contract assignment at a highly respected hospital in Hyannis, MA. Job Function: Day Shift. 3x12: 7am-7:30pm. Manage the care of adult and/or pediatric patients with critical, life-threatening conditions requiring rapid assessment and high-intensity interventions Provide emotional support, education, and clear communication to patients and families during emergency situations Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, recognizing when early intervention is needed Prepare patients for surgery, imaging, and diagnostic procedures Perform essential emergency procedures including IV insertion, medication administration, blood draws, and airway support (intubation assistance) Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Job Requirements: 2 years recent Emergency Room RN experience

1 year ER travel RN experience

Active Massachusetts RN License

BLS (AHA) – required

ACLS (AHA) – required

EPIC experience required

Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN minimum)
