Production Associate

to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role is key to supporting safe, efficient operations by preparing, packaging, and moving raw and finished materials. Load raw materials and ingredients into equipment, and operate forklifts to move material as needed Assist with setup, operation, cleaning, and changeovers of production equipment Complete quality checks, labeling, and documentation accurately Handle chemicals and materials using proper PPE and safety protocols Identify equipment wear and communicate maintenance needs Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement efforts Maintain detailed records for production and shift handovers High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or chemical environments preferred Comfortable working around heat, noise, and chemical exposure Forklift and pallet jack experience strongly preferred Must be available to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and overtime Physical & Environmental Requirements: This position involves physical labor in an industrial environment.
