The Role You’ll manage employment litigation matters from start to finish, representing employees in wage and hour and related claims before state and federal courts, as well as arbitrators and mediators. Responsibilities include: Running cases end-to-end, from investigation to resolution Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery Taking and defending depositions Arguing motions and participating in mediations and arbitrations Preparing matters for trial Contributing to the firm’s growing Washington practice

What They’re Looking For 3+ years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff or defense) Wage and hour experience is a strong plus Comfortable with depositions, motion practice, and case strategy Able to work independently while collaborating with a multi-state team Strong written and oral advocacy skills
