Special Education Teacher

*Overview* The Special Education Teacher develops and monitors. Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), provides direct instruction, and collaborates with faculty to implement inclusive instructional systems. *Duties* * Coordinate and attend IEP meetings * Develop measurable goals and objectives * Provide instruction using a variety of teaching models * Ensure legal compliance in special education * Collaborate within the MTSS framework * Use assessment data to support student growth * Communicate professionally with families and staff *Education and Experience* * BA/BS or MA/MS in Special Education * Current Colorado Teaching License with appropriate endorsements (or in progress) * Teaching experience preferred * Commitment to Classical Education and Core Knowledge curriculum Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
