Floor Oriented 5-7 years of manufacturing / process engineering experience Ability to read prints Proven record of continuous improvement Fiberglass experience is a plus Automotive / Agricultural experience is preferred Floor communication skill is a must….Shop talk…working with assembly workers IE work is secondary, but accepted Demonstrated focus on safety Absolute ability to work within a cross functional team Ability to work autonomously when needed Tool design experience is preferred Basic metrology; calipers, straight edge, measuring tape

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Manufacturing Engineering
