Litigation Paralegal

Pay:

$48,000- $86,000 per year Job description: Wonderful Opportunity to excel in a highly professional NYC insurance defense law firm. The candidate is expected to have experience in defense litigation, including pre-trial activities, discovery, summary judgment motions, and issues relevant to medical records and expert witnesses. The candidate should have the ability to evaluate liability and prepare case status reports. The candidate shall interact with outside entities (e.g. courts, government agencies, expert witnesses, corporations, vendors and other law firms) to gather information or coordinate activities as needed in support of firm activities, specifically trials and arbitrations.
