Travel Job Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced Emergency Room RN for a varied shift assignment in Minnesota requiring trauma level I and Epic experience. Responsibilities Work in the Emergency Room in a hospital setting Cares for patients of all ages including neonates, children, adults, and older adults Handles trauma cases as a Level I facility Start times are available for 8- or 12-hour shifts at 7am, 7pm, or 11pm Weekend shifts are required based on department need No on-call responsibilities Uses Epic charting system Provide holistic nursing care and coordination for ER patients Responsible for assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care Works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and delegates as appropriate 2 supervisory references with dates employed must be included for consideration All time off requests must be declared prior to assignment acceptance; requests after submittal may not be honored Dress code and scrub requirements will be provided upon assignment offer Requirements Active MN RN license or Compact RN license accepted Minimum of 2 years recent ER experience required Trauma Level I ER experience required Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, ENPC, NIHSS, and TNCC (AHA or ARC) Experience with all patient populations required Epic EMR experience required Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms required Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID #P-669024.
