$150,000 Responsibilities:

Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale Drive to the sellers' homes throughout the valley for face-to-face appointments Qualifications:
