Job Description

Woodland Terrace is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support office operations and resident transportation. This role is ideal for someone organized, dependable, and comfortable working with seniors in a professional, team-focused environment. Position SummaryThe Driver is responsible for the transportation of residents and guests in company vehicles and for assisting residents and guests in and out of vehicles. This position also supports administrative functions with occasional support to activities as needed. Key Responsibilities

Administrative and Office Support Assist with documentation in our online maintenance system, TELS Support general office tasks Assist with maintenance supply ordering as directed Provide occasional support to the Front Desk and administrative team Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher for routine office functions

Driving Duties

Transport residents to scheduled medical appointments Assist residents and guests in and out of company vehicles Assist with occasional community outings Follow all safety and vehicle protocols

Occasional Activity Support

Provide occasional assistance with in-house activities as needed

Schedule Approximately 16-18 hours per week

Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (non-flexible) Tuesday: 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM Thursday: 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) approximately once per month, based on activity schedule

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with clean driving record Minimum 5 years of overall driving experience required At least 2 years of professional driving and/or customer service experience preferred Ability to safely operate a transportation vehicle accommodating up to 12 residents Comfortable assisting seniors independently during transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to:

Converse with the general public Understand highway traffic signs and signals Respond to official inquiries Make entries on reports and records
