Head of Growth (San Francisco Bay Area)

We are a fast-growing, venture-backed consumer technology company building a next-generation product at the intersection of AI and user experience. Our platform is gaining strong traction and we are now hiring a Head of Growth to own and scale our product-led growth engine.

This role is not traditional marketing. We are looking for a product-native growth leader who understands and has direct experience with how consumer products scale through experimentation, retention mechanics, and behavioral insight.

What You’ll Own • End-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization • Development of viral and referral loops • Onboarding optimization and activation lift • Data-driven experimentation roadmap • Paid and organic acquisition strategy • Cross-functional execution with product, design, and engineering • Growth analytics and funnel instrumentation

What We’re Looking For • 6–10+ years of experience in growth roles within consumer tech • Direct experience in consumer social, creator platforms, marketplaces, gaming, fintech, or mobile-first products • Strong product-led growth (PLG) experience • Proven success scaling DAU/MAU and improving retention curves • Deep fluency in experimentation frameworks and funnel metrics • Experience working closely with product and engineering teams • Hands-on with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL, etc.
