Balanced Expectations : 1,800 billable hour target, plus dedicated hours for pro bono and D&I initiatives.

The Fit Experience : 2–4 years of commercial litigation at a top-tier firm. Academics : Strong academic credentials and a passion for ongoing learning. Licensure : Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Utah.
