The MassMutual Enterprise Architecture team in the Enterprise Technology and Experience organization is seeking an outstanding Enterprise

Architect to

join our team.

Enterprise Architecture is composed of Business, Application, Technology

and Security

, Data and AI

architecture domains. This role will work with Corporate Technology Finance & Investment

Management

line of business delivery teams, product managers, and enterprise stakeholders to help deliver innovative, data-driven systems aimed at transforming the insurance industry.

Develop and oversee the design of a comprehensive

Investment

Management

architecture blueprint aligned with business and technology strategic goals and targeted outcomes. Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management, business leaders, IT architecture, and business development teams, to connect strategies and roadmaps with operational decisions. Facilitate understanding of the application and technology portfolio’s support alignment with capabilities and

identify

opportunities for potential improvement and portfolio optimization/rationalization

by staying

abreast of emerging innovation in the investment space to support business needs Thought leadership and active participation in conferences and research with strategic partners and academic institutions Partner with business executives and senior architects to

identify

data and process issues, then

provide

solution options and recommends options Provide recommendations on system options, risks, cost/benefit analysis, and impact on cross-domain systems, business strategy,

goals

and processes Actively publish

deliverables, and

utilizes

multi-media

to educate and engage with federated solution architecture community members

.

Bachelors

degree in

related field ~5+ years of ​Investment Management

experience

Experience with IM

Business

Platforms: Experience in

business

data management platform

s,

design

and integrations, ABOR/IBOR data layer, data modeling for IM domain, data framework adoption, mastering solution design

. Experience with

Business

data interchange and API-driven systems integration decoupling digital and backend systems. Track record

of designing architectural reference material
