We've grown quickly and seen huge success in our five years – launching in the UK, EU, UAE, and USA. Our US business and operations is expanding quickly, supported by a customer service and warehouse team in Chicago and a new showroom located in Manhattan at the New York Design Centre. The role We are looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team in Chicago. This role involves attending industry tradeshows across the US, driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and relationship building. The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, passionate about growing the business, and energized by creating long term partnerships that drive sales. Your responsibilities Proactively follow up with leads via phone and emails (minimum 50 per day) Represent Corston USA at tradeshows and ensure all leads are collected and followed up Build strong, ongoing relationships with designers, architects and builders through follow up and strong engagement Ensure inbound sales enquiries are responded to within 1 day Provide best in class customer experience Your skills, qualities and experience Minimum 1 year sales experience Excellent in-person and telephone skills Excellent presentation, verbal and written skills Thrives in face-paced environment The ability to build strong relationships Highly task and KPI driven What you can expect from us Warm prospects/leads who want to hear about us Supportive teammates 24 days off (15 days PTO + 9 paid holidays) Competitive pay $50,000 - $65,000, reviewed annually based on performance Annual company bonus 401K plan Employee and friend discount on all products A friendly high energy work environment Recognition and career growth opportunities as we expand
