As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will run preset, qualified appointments, deliver a structured consultative presentation, configure pricing, and close premium window and door projects in the home.
What You'll Do
Run pre set, qualified in home appointments with homeowners throughout the DFW metroplex
Deliver structured, consultative presentations on premium window and door solutions
Configure accurate project pricing and present same day investment options using digital tools
Guide homeowners through a one visit decision process and secure signed agreements when appropriate
Maintain disciplined pipeline activity and follow up using CRM systems
Participate in weekly sales meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing skill development

W2 commission only role after training with uncapped earnings
Four weeks of paid training at $1,000 per week
On target earnings starting at $120K+ in year one, with most reps earning between $120K and $150K

What It Takes To Succeed
Proven success in consultative or high ticket sales
Ability to work evenings and weekends when homeowners are available
Comfortable driving daily throughout the DFW territory
Self-disciplined and motivated in a commission driven role
Strong learning agility for technical product and pricing systems
Proficiency with CRM platforms, tablets, and digital sales tools
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
Ability to pass background, drug, and motor vehicle checks
