03/30/2026 Job Description: The RN is responsible for providing specialized care to patients in the Medical Surgical Cardiac ICU, working alongside a team to ensure high-quality patient care. Responsibilities: Provide care to patients ranging from young adults to geriatrics with conditions such as sepsis, STEMI, COVID, stroke, and more. Titrate drips including sedation, paralytics, pressors, antihypertensives, heparin, and insulin. Read and interpret telemetry strips. Engage in intentional hourly rounding and bedside shift reports. Ensure compliance with set policies, including fingernail and drivers license requirements. Requirements: Valid RN License. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS. Passing score on skills exam during orientation.
