Manufacturing Engineer (Cumberland)

Responsibilities Develop deep knowledge of products, quality systems, and manufacturing workflows Contribute to new product launches, tooling design, and process validation Implement Lean/Six Sigma practices, reduce re‑work, and enhance efficiency across shifts Manage wire drawing, knitting, and respooling while ensuring safety, quality, and throughput Develop multi‑shift teams, foster accountability, and partner cross‑functionally to deliver improvements

Qualification A Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering degree At-least 3 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing position. Strong technical background with knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems Skilled in Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis Familiarity with ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards a plus
