Commercial HVAC Technician- Chantilly, VA

Job Title:* *HVAC Technician* *The HVAC Technician performs maintenance and repairs on medium to large HVAC systems and controls. This role ensures high-quality service, safe work practices, and professional customer interaction. *Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including RTUs, heat pumps, DX systems, and control systems * Complete preventive maintenance and inspections per service agreements * Document work using mobile technologies and follow customer-specific protocols (e.g., Communicate work status regularly with service coordinators * Attend required meetings and training sessions * Adhere to all safety and company policies * State Journeyman or Master License (Preferred not required) * 3+ years of HVAC service experience * Customer-focused, self-motivated, and reliable * Flexible to work variable shifts, including nights/weekends/overtime *Work at heights and in varied environmental conditions *Work is performed in commercial or industrial settings including rooftops, mechanical rooms, and outdoor environments with exposure to noise, chemicals, and moving equipment. *We are dedicated to building an inclusive and equitable workplace.
