At Centerpoint Health in Winchester, H2 Health provides inpatient therapy services to a diverse adult and geriatric population. Our clinicians treat a wide range of diagnoses including neurological conditions, stroke, medically complex cases, orthopedic injuries, balance disorders, and functional mobility impairments. Whether you prefer maintaining a broad inpatient caseload or focusing your expertise in areas such as neurorehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, or medically complex care, we support your clinical strengths and professional interests.
Your Role:
As a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) in this inpatient hospital setting, you will:
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations assessing strength, mobility, balance, and functional performance
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Provide skilled interventions focused on mobility training, gait training, balance retraining, and functional restoration
Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, case management, and OT/SLP teams
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, safety strategies, and discharge recommendations
Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with hospital standards
Requirements
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
