Job Description Job Description Healthcare Aide - Senior Care Resident Care Assistant (RCA) - Health Care Aide in a Rest Home. (Second or Night Shifts) FULL OR PART-TIME Primary Responsibilities - Assisting residents with all care needs including bathing, dressing, continence care, dining and mobility support - Managing residents' medications as per rules and regulations. Training will be provided - Engaging residents through interaction and conversation, as well as programs and activities - Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe work environment and assisting residents by maintaining resident rooms - Cooking and Cleaning for the residents as needed. Other minor maintenance work as needed Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification - No certification needed, but any prior training/certifications are a plus in working with seniors/disabled citizens and MAP - Able to perform tasks which may be physically demanding such as pushing, bending and lifting up to 20-35 lbs (or more with help). - In good physical and emotional health and free of communicable diseases' ' Job Types: Part-time, Full-time Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Language: English (Required) Shift availability: Overnight Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person6b250ea6-cee3-481d-915c-f7283f1b2f1b
