We are filling a

Machine Maintenance Tech

position for an Oakmont metal fabrication shop that provides custom shims and fabricated metal parts for a variety of industries. Wage range is $22-$24, based on experience. Training is provided for those that do not have Press Brake experience but show strong mechanical aptitude.

Role & Requirements:

Diagnoses or troubleshoot machines or equipment to determine malfunctions and the need for adjustment or repair. Performs mechanical or electrical repairs and maintenance on various types of equipment. Lubricates and cleans parts, installs, moves, sets-up and operates all types of equipment and machine tools. Performs any dismantling, fitting or assembly work required for maintenance. Reads blueprints, sketches, machine parts or specifications. Must have the ability to lift, pull and push 50+ pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach. Read, interpret and analyze electrical, mechanical, schematics Intermediate level knowledge of Electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills. Safety oriented. Basic Fabrication and Mechanical measurements. Experience in maintenance and repair of production machines and equipment a plus. Must be available to work 10-hour shifts
