We are growing—and looking for a dedicated

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

to join our

specialty outpatient vein clinics

in the Phoenix area. This is a full-time opportunity for a provider who enjoys patient interaction, values teamwork, and wants to grow within a well-established, physician-led organization focused on minimally invasive vein care. In this role, you’ll play a key part in improving patients’ quality of life through personalized evaluations, education, and treatment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct patient evaluations and clinical assessments Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Collaborate closely with the supervising physician on patient care Educate patients on procedures, expectations, and outcomes Support clinic operations and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Active

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Arizona Minimum

2 years of clinical experience

as an NP or PA Current

BLS/ACLS certifications Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

(not required) Ability to travel locally between clinic locations
