Finish Line Promotions is expanding its team to support a nationally recognised telecommunications provider delivering high-speed internet, streaming TV, mobile services, and bundled home solutions across the region.

This role sits at the intersection of brand visibility, customer acquisition, and performance-driven sales.

The Role at a Glance You will represent essential connectivity services inside busy retail environments and promotional locations across Charlotte.

Your responsibility is simple in theory but powerful in execution: Create engagement. Build trust. Convert interest into customers. What You’ll Actually Be Doing Rather than reading from a script, you’ll be: Starting natural, confident conversations with customers Introducing current internet, TV, and mobile promotions Breaking down service tiers, pricing structures, and bundle options Helping customers compare speed, reliability, and value Handling questions around contracts, installation, and billing Completing new service enrollments and account upgrades Tracking daily engagement and conversion performance You are the face of the brand in that environment.
