Job Description

Responsible for managing football operations related to recruiting, roster management, and student-athlete development. This position will oversee key administrative functions, compliance, and operational aspects, ensuring alignment with institutional, conference, and NCAA standards. Lead the development and execution of the football program's recruiting strategy, identifying and evaluating prospective student-athletes through film study, live evaluations, and performance data analysis. Collaborate with coaching staff to assess talent, fit, and potential impact of recruits, while managing recruiting databases and tools to track prospects and evaluate trends. Manage the football roster, ensuring scholarship allocation and positional balance. Oversee official and unofficial visits for recruits in compliance with NCAA regulations.
