Requirements: Active WV License AANP Own personal laptop (No MACs/Apple) DMA Certification or willing to obtain Provider must have their own office Proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular. Must be within 50 miles of location NPDB Report
