The starting pay range for this position per hour is $22.75 - $24.75. The full pay range for this position per hour is $22.75 - $38.65 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. skills and experience of

eading

a

security

culture, including crisis response, a strong safety environment and crowd management planning,

providing

support to both guests and team members

As an Assets Protection Team Leader, no two days

are ever the same, but a typical day

most likely

will

include the following responsibilities: Support total store sales and increase profitability by ensuring

pr

oducts are

in stock and available to our

guests

. We

lcome and engage guests

at the front of the store and on the

salesfloor

.

Work a schedule that aligns to guest and business needs based on

security

and theft

patterns (this includes early morning/overnight shifts,

evening

and weekends)

Develop

team

schedule

adjust

based on

security

and theft trends

with leader validation

.

Own

the pre

vention

(

inclusive

of merchandise protection budgeting)

,

identification and resolution of external theft incidents

.

Resolve theft using good judgement and

conducting apprehensions

while adhering to policy and procedures.

Order merchandise protection devices as needed to support the

minimum

standards for your store. Review and manage the

allocated

budget and adhere to the gu

idance in the Merchandise Protection Best Practice on Workbench.

Communicate

Build a

relationship of trust and accountability

.

Maintain relationships inside and outside Target, including district and store leaders and law

enforcement.

safety program management routines such as Monthly Safety Meetings/Observations.

Participate in legal proceedings as necessary to

Model the execution of physical security processes

Support merchandise protection strategies across the total store, including storage and application as directed by best practices.

Model creating a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you & your team are completing your daily tasks

Demonstrate how to engage with guests when

assistance

is needed, engage with guests in a welcoming way, and help solve thei

r specific needs.
