CNA/HHA/Caregiver for Home Health Care

We are looking for exceptional CNAs/Home Health Aides with a variety of different skills combined with an honest, trustworthy character and a good work ethic to help our clients live safely and independently at home. Responsibilities: Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) for clients who are elderly or have had a recent surgery, injury or accident and require support at home Personal care assistance with activities of daily living to include showering/bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with instrumental activities of daily living to include light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and errands (groceries, driving client to appointments, etc.) Observe, report and document daily tasks following client's plan of care Escalate any unusual incidents, behaviors, or changes in status immediately to the Agency Supervisor and Manager Provide socialization and companionship to clients to improve their quality of life Qualifications: Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation Preferred: willingness to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (one year preferred) Ability to understand the written plan of care and all associated tasks for assigned shifts High School Diploma, active CNA license or experience as a Caregiver Demonstrated competency with durable medical equipment specific to individual client's needs to include a walker, wheelchair, hospital bed, and client lift devices - example: You may apply directly at
