attorneys in the 3–7 year range

who have experience in patent, trademark, or technology-related litigation and are open to exploring new opportunities in either city.

b>Responsibilities

Handle discovery, motion practice, and hearings in IP and patent disputes

Draft briefs, pleadings, and claim-construction documents

Collaborate with clients, experts, and co-counsel on complex matters

Support partners in strategy development and trial preparation

b>Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school;

admission to the Pennsylvania or Delaware bar

(or eligibility to waive in)

3–7 years

of intellectual property or patent litigation experience in a law firm setting

Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Technical or scientific background (engineering, life sciences, or chemistry) a plus but not required

b>Compensation $170,000 – $240,000 base salary , depending on firm size, market, and experience Most firms offer hybrid flexibility, annual bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
