Mobile HVAC Facilities Technician

Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Facilities Technician to join their team. Mobile HVAC Facilities Technician Location:

Menands, NY Pay Range: $32/hr

Shift:

7am - 3:30pm. M-F What's the Job? Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.

Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment, electrical distribution, plumbing, and building interiors/exteriors.

Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions affecting client occupancy and operations.

Respond effectively to emergencies and support after-hours building activities as needed.

Study and familiarize yourself with building automation systems, fire/life safety systems, and other related equipment to ensure proper operation.

What's Needed? Universal EPA 608 Certification.

Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Valid state driver's license and ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 ft.

Willingness to perform on-call duties and overtime as required.

Strong troubleshooting and repair skills, with a focus on commercial facilities preferred.
