We are seeking a qualified psychiatrist licensed in one or more of the following states:
CA, TX, GA, PA, OH, IL, or NC . This is a part time role with the flexibility to create your own schedule and decide how much time you want to be available. We're offering a
$350 incentive
to psychiatrist who are interested in joining our medical team and deliver care with a tech-enabled, AI/machine-learning platform that puts patient outcomes first.
What You'll Do:
Perform psychiatric evaluations for our patients, following Spring Health’s initial screening
Provide medication management as needed
Evaluates for general medical health and make referrals for medical follow-up as needed
Maintain up-to-date documentation in EHR
Work closely with our team of vetted therapists for patients who require mental health counseling
Who You Are:
You've completed a US-based residency program
You're board certified or board eligible in psychiatry
You have experience in tele-psychiatry or distance-based patient management OR you're comfortable learning new technology
Ideally, you are licensed in one or more of the following states:
CA, TX, GA, PA, OH, IL, or NC
You have a NPI # (National Provider Identifier - individual provider) number; if you do not already have one, please apply for one through the
NPPES site .
You have active Malpractice Insurance.
You're committed to evidence-based practices and measurement-based care
The target range for this position is $200 per 40 minute intake session. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including licensure, experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
