Your Role: Overnight Awake Youth Counselor -

You’ll ensure the safety and well-being of youth during overnight hours. This awake position requires vigilance, compassion, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow nightly instructions from the building supervisor

Conduct regular room checks (every 10 minutes)

Provide comfort and support to youth who are awake

Maintain building security

Complete shift documentation, light cleaning, laundry, and other duties

Respond to emergencies and follow safety procedures

Communicate promptly with the Night Awake Supervisor

Uphold confidentiality and company policies

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED

Age 21+

Prefer 2+ years’ experience working with youth (camp counselor, coach, babysitting, etc.)

Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality

Ability to stay awake and alert throughout the shift
