What You’ll Do

Be the friendly first point of contact for clients

Assist our Outside Sales Team

Prepare estimates & process print orders

Review files for quality & accuracy

Work closely with production staff to keep jobs moving

Strategize with clients to bring their ideas to life

Handle end-of-day paperwork and deposits

What We’re Looking For

Great communicator (written & verbal)

Problem-solver with a solutions-first mindset

Detail-oriented with strong time management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel

Professional, responsive, and customer-focused

Solid math skills (Bonus points for printing industry or graphic design experience!)
