Schedule Evening shift, 8-hour shifts. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Long-Term Care unit. This position requires an experienced professional who can provide high-quality patient care to individuals aged 60 and older, primarily focusing on long-term care needs.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and provide nursing care as directed.

Monitor patient progress and report changes to the appropriate healthcare team members.

Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC documentation system.

Assist in creating and implementing patient care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in long-term care.

Prior travel nursing experience preferred.

EPIC experience within the last 2 years is mandatory.

Dementia capable care certification preferred.
