04/20/2026 Job Description: The Registered Nurse in the ICU is responsible for providing care to complex ICU patients in a mixed unit, handling various cases including surgical, medical, cardiac, neuro, and trauma. This role demands critical thinking, strong assessment skills, and effective teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Manage care for complex ICU patients, including surgical, medical, cardiac, neuro, and trauma cases. Administer IV medications and manage ventilator and telemetry systems. Requirements: 2 years of ICU experience, excluding travel experience. BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications required. Experience with Epic, hemodynamic lines, proning, and strong critical thinking skills. Registered Nurse (RN) - South Dakota Board of Nursing licensure.
