Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) Location:

Springfield, OR Work days per week: 4-5 days. // 4*10 or 8*5

Key Responsibilities Administer infusion therapies following provider orders and protocols. Review labs, assess patient conditions, and identify concerns requiring PCP communication. Monitor for adverse reactions and escalate issues to the attending physician. Triage patient questions in‑clinic and over the phone. Recognize symptoms of GI/GU bleeding and initiate timely referrals. Determine appropriate visit frequency based on clinical data. Educate patients and coordinate interdisciplinary services when needed. Document all treatments, reactions, and follow‑up plans accurately.

Required Qualifications Active

Oregon RN License BLS

certification (training available) Strong

IV experience Hospital or infusion nursing preferred
