02/23/2026 Job Description: The RN in the A4W Trauma Tele unit will provide patient care in a challenging and dynamic setting. Responsibilities include medical remote telemetry monitoring and preparing patients for procedures such as Endoscopy, IR, and OR. Responsibilities: Regular monitoring and assessment of telemetry patients. Prepare patients for various procedures including Endoscopy, IR, and OR. Document patient information and treatments accurately in the Cerner EMR system. Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control procedures. Requirements: BLS certification required. Experienced in medical telemetry. Leadership and Charge Nurse experience preferred. BSN preferred; CMSRN encouraged.
