ONSITE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - El Paso Artificial Grass Supply

El Paso, TX | $110,000+ Annual Compensation | Salary + Commissions

About the Role We're hiring a high-performing Installation Sales Representative to handle 70+ on-site estimates per month for residential and commercial outdoor-living projects across El Paso.

This is a consultative, in-person sales role with real homeowners, real projects, and real budgets.

You will not be cold calling. You will not be door knocking. You will not be responsible for generating your own leads.

All leads are 100% inbound, warm, and pre-qualified , and appointments are set for you by our internal team.

Your job is to show up, consult, design, and close.

What You'll Be Selling

You'll guide homeowners through high-value outdoor upgrades, including:

Artificial grass installation

Rock & desert landscaping

Concrete & hardscape work

Pergolas & shade structures

Outdoor kitchens

Complete outdoor living solutions

This is solution-based sales — not pressure tactics.

Compensation

$110,000+ annual earning potential

Salary + commissions

Monthly commission payouts

Commissions based on gross profit

No cap on performance

This role rewards closers who can manage volume, communicate clearly, and stay organized.

Schedule & Expectations

5-day workweek

You're expected to answer calls/texts from clients on off days

Territory is El Paso only

Fast-paced environment with daily client communication

Ability to handle 70+ onsite estimates per month consistently
