Job Description Job Title: OFP Assembly Manufacturing Engineer (ME) Location: Davenport, IA Shift: 1st Shift — 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Overtime:

Your Responsibilities As an

OFP Assembly Manufacturing Engineer

supporting the

Loader Cabs Assembly Line

at

JD Davenport Works , you will: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on

safety, quality, delivery, and cost Lead and manage

small to moderate scope capital projects Establish and maintain

assembly layouts, labor standards, manufacturing methods, and sequence of operations Analyze, develop, and implement

new manufacturing processes and technologies Provide

technical support, problem-solving, and troubleshooting

for current assembly operations Drive

cost reduction, quality enhancement, safety, and ergonomic improvements

Required Skills & Experience 1+ years of experience

in manufacturing environments involving: Manufacturing processes Quality systems Tooling Preventative maintenance Facilities support Experience with

engineering tools

and

manufacturing execution systems (MES) Proven ability to

lead and implement projects

in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Strong

communication skills

with operators, peers, and leadership Self-motivated with the ability to work

independently with minimal supervision Strong

personal accountability and follow-through

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in an

Engineering / Technology discipline , or equivalent experience (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering preferred) Ability to foster a

positive, collaborative, and engaged team environment
