As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Licensed Insurance Advisor to join our team and help deliver trusted, compliant, and consultative health insurance guidance to the communities we serve.

About the Role Are you a licensed health insurance agent who is passionate about serving the Medicare and ACA population? Do you thrive in a consultative sales environment where education, ethics, and relationship-building are just as important as results?

As a Licensed Health Insurance Advisor, you will educate prospects and clients on their health insurance options, guide them through enrollment decisions, and manage ongoing client relationships. You’ll play a key role in driving agency growth while delivering an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities Client Education & Support Guide clients through Medicare and ACA eligibility, plan options, and enrollment processes Educate beneficiaries so they can make informed, confident decisions in their best interest Manage your book of business, ensuring clients are informed of key dates and coverage changes throughout the year

Sales & Growth Build and manage a pipeline of Medicare and ACA prospects through inbound and outbound outreach Develop long-term relationships with clients and referral partners to generate ongoing referrals Educate clients on complementary insurance products offered by RoseHealth Effectively move conversations toward clear next steps and enrollment outcomes

Community Engagement & Referrals Lead or support virtual and in-person Medicare education seminars Cultivate referral relationships with community organizations and stakeholders Participate in local marketing efforts, events, and strategic partnerships

Compliance & Documentation Maintain compliance with CMS, federal, state, carrier, and agency requirements Accurately document all client interactions, enrollments, and communications within CRM and agency systems

What You Bring A passion for helping individuals find the right Medicare and/or ACA coverage for their unique situation 2+ years of experience in Medicare and/or health insurance sales Active Life & Health insurance license (and willingness to add additional states as needed) A consultative, client-first sales approach with strong listening and communication skills Personal drive to grow both your book of business and your earnings Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfort using CRM systems and everyday technology tools (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment Commitment to confidentiality, ethical conduct, and professionalism

Bonus Points Current AHIP certification Current Covered CA certification Public speaking, teaching, or seminar facilitation experience Experience supporting clients with technology over the phone
