Family Lawyer

We are looking for family law attorneys who want to join a mostly remote progressive team with incredible training, mentorship, and support. Our firm is fast-growing in Pima County and looking for experienced attorneys who want to serve clients while working in a tech-forward and supportive environment. Compensation:

$100,000+ DOE Responsibilities:

Create legal documents such as pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, contracts, judgements and orders for a high volume of cases Handle the division of marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings as needed Attend court proceedings as needed to represent clients Maintain client files to ensure they are properly organized and up to date Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation and forming a strategy for a plan of action Qualifications:

4-year degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are necessary for this position Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in highly stressful and emotional situations Prior work or studies in criminal justice preferred Strong knowledge base of representing plaintiffs and defendants Experience at a legal firm working on family law and real estate issues (determining marital property) for at least 1-2 years is required About Company Modern Law
