Lead AI Solutions Technical Product Manager

As a Technical Product Manager for the AI ISV Partner Program , you will own the strategy, structure, and evolution of Dell’s AI ISV ecosystem. This role is responsible for defining the use‑case and workload framework , identifying market and portfolio gaps, and shaping how Dell partners with AI software vendors to deliver complete, validated AI solutions across industries. You will serve as the connective tissue between market opportunity, partner capability, and Dell’s AI platforms—ensuring the right partners, workloads, and architectures are prioritized to maximize customer outcomes.

Define and drive the AI ISV Partner Program strategy , including roadmap, success metrics, and workload priorities

~ Own and evolve the AI use ‑ case and workload framework

across vertical and horizontal solutions

~ Identify

portfolio gaps and evaluate ISV partners

to extend Dell’s AI solution ecosystem

~ Monitor AI industry trends and translate

insights into actionable partner and product strategy

~ Lead cross ‑ functional execution

with engineering, solutions, partner enablement, validation, and GTM teams

~ Serve as a thought leader

on Dell’s AI ecosystem strategy, aligning technology, partners, and customer needs

Strong understanding of

AI/ML workloads and solution architectures , including training, inference, and operationalization

~10+ years of experience in

technical product management, ecosystem strategy, AI platforms, or partner programs

with former hands-on development or architecture experience

~ Experience defining

product or program strategy

supported by market analysis, workload frameworks, xhqgsiq and gap assessments

~ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or related field , b ackground in AI product strategy, platform ecosystems, or solution portfolio management

~ Experience working with

ISV partners

in AI, cloud, data platforms, or enterprise software

~ Familiarity with

Dell AI platforms

or comparable enterprise AI infrastructure ecosystems (NVIDIA,

hyperscalers , data platforms)
