Chief Medical Innovation Advisor Job Description
ATCA is seeking a visionary Chief Medical Innovation Advisor to join its Medical Advisory Board and help guide the evolution of a next-generation treatment model for Alzheimer’s disease and cognitive decline.
This role is designed for senior physician-leaders and healthcare innovators with deep experience advancing clinical innovation, translating emerging science into real-world care, and scaling novel treatment models across healthcare systems. As Chief Medical Innovation Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping how AI, precision medicine, and advanced therapeutics are responsibly integrated into ATCA’s clinical platform.
You will work closely with ATCA’s executive leadership, clinical directors, research collaborators, and data science teams to refine innovation strategy, validate new approaches, and ensure that innovation directly translates into improved patient outcomes and scalable care delivery.
Responsibilities Include
Clinical Innovation Strategy: Provide strategic guidance on the development, evaluation, and deployment of innovative clinical approaches, technologies, and therapies within ATCA’s treatment model.
AI & Precision Medicine Leadership: Advise on the responsible integration of AI-driven diagnostics, predictive analytics, and personalized treatment protocols into clinical workflows.
Translational Medicine Oversight: Support the translation of emerging research, novel therapeutics, and clinical insights into practical, scalable treatment pathways.
Innovation Governance & Prioritization: Help establish frameworks for evaluating, prioritizing, and scaling new clinical innovations while maintaining patient safety and regulatory compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, scientists, technologists, and business leaders to align innovation initiatives with clinical needs and operational realities.
Outcome Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Review aggregated, de-identified outcomes data to assess the impact of innovation initiatives and guide continuous clinical improvement.
External Innovation & Partnerships: Provide insight into strategic partnerships, academic collaborations, and technology alliances that may accelerate ATCA’s innovation roadmap.
