Client Experience Manager

Compensation:

$62,000 yearly with health insurance and 2 weeks PTO Compensation:

Answer inbound calls and respond to web inquiries with professionalism and energy Qualify homeowners and book high-quality appointments for the sales team Lead onboarding calls and set clear expectations for homeowners Manage all client communication inside CRM Ensure precise data entry, documentation, and file accuracy across all active projects Take ownership of accurate data entry and documentation to support job costing, financial accuracy, and other key operational functions that keep projects on track Proactively monitor projects to prevent communication breakdowns Drive 5-star review collection and long-term client relationship initiatives Qualifications:
