EPC Real Estate Group is hiring a _Software Systems Integrator_ to own the configuration, integration, and operational health of our property management software ecosystem.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, marketing, and operations. You will build and maintain CRM and Property Management Software environments, ensure seamless integrations across platforms, and empower teams through clean documentation and effective training.

*What You Will Own*

This role is accountable for five core areas:

* New Property Software Setup * Software Vendor Management * Training and Documentation * Continuous System Improvements * Troubleshooting and Technical Support

*Key Responsibilities*

Property Setup and Launch:

* Configure CRM and PMS platforms for new developments and property takeovers * Activate and QA integrations across ILS feeds, websites, AI leasing tools, pricing systems, social platforms, and Google Business Profiles * Manage access permissions, routing rules, automations, and data mapping * Execute QA and UAT testing before and after go-live * Maintain change logs, configuration documentation, and release notes

Vendor and Integration Management:

* Serve as technical point of contact across integrated platforms * Open and own vendor support tickets through resolution * Monitor SLAs and communicate status updates * Ensure data mapping accuracy and integration health

Training and Enablement:

* Develop and maintain SOPs for all property management systems * Create quick-start guides, workflow documentation, and video tutorials * Deliver ongoing training to onsite and corporate teams * Monitor adoption and close knowledge gaps

Continuous Improvement:

* Improve data hygiene and optimize workflows * Identify recurring troubleshooting patterns and implement fixes * Support quarterly system audits * Drive adoption of new platform releases and feature updates

Troubleshooting and Support:

* Manage intake, triage, and resolution queue for system issues * Prioritize requests based on business impact * Maintain clean routing rules and consistent UTM tracking * Diagnose integration failures and data sync issues

*What We Are Looking For*

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent hands-on systems administration experience * Experience configuring enterprise CRM and PMS platforms * Proven ability to manage integrations, APIs, webhooks, and multi-vendor environments * Experience with system migrations and full implementation lifecycle * Strong technical documentation skills * Data mapping and data integrity expertise

Skills and Competencies:

* Detail-oriented and highly organized * Proactive problem solver who owns solutions * Strong cross-functional collaborator * Clear communicator who can simplify technical concepts * Comfortable managing a technical project queue with deadlines

*Performance Expectations (KPI)*

* 95 percent or higher on-time system launches * 90 percent or higher support tickets resolved within target timeframe * Less than 2 percent integration or data error rate * 100 percent documentation coverage across active properties * New platform releases deployed within 60 days

*Location*

This role is based at EPC’s Corporate Headquarters in Downtown Overland Park, Kansas 66204. Our offices will be relocating to the Crossroads Arts District (Kansas City, MO 64108) in April 2026.
