Job description \n \n We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Superintendent to oversee the operations of multi-family construction projects. The ideal candidate will effectively manage daily site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while addressing challenges as they arise. Candidates should have a

minimum of five years

experience

in the field as a Plumbing superintendent and be familiar with Plumbing/building codes and regulations. Experience with procore or similar project management software, Raken, total station, undergrounds, sleeve layout, Top out, managing subcontracted plumbing labor is a must. Bi-lingual is a plus but, not a must. \n \n PAY RANGE: $34-$50 per Hour/ depending on experience \n \n

RESPONSIBILITIES : \n \n Supervise and direct subcontracted plumbing labor for efficiency and quality \n Verify all measurements for underground rough-in to ensure accuracy \n Maintain daily web-based reports and timekeeping records \n Track and receive materials using web-based systems \n Ensure adequate supplies and materials are available on-site for subcontractor installation \n Forecast material orders and deliveries 2-3 weeks in advance \n Conduct weekly and daily job site meetings to align team efforts \n Lead web-based safety meetings and toolbox talks \n Utilize basic computer skills for various web-based software applications \n \n

QUALIFICATIONS : \n \n Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Plumbing Superintendent \n Strong knowledge of plumbing/building codes and regulations \n Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Raken) \n Experience with total station, underground layout, sleeve layout, and top-out processes \n Proven track record in managing subcontracted plumbing labor \n Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus but not required \n \n \n

REQUIRED
