Little Flower Manor, a respected non-profit skilled nursing facility in Darby, PA, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team! Founded in 1977, we offer short-term rehabilitation and long-term care options, providing up to 127 residents with a variety of services on our beautifully landscaped grounds. Here, you'll play a vital role in ensuring resident well-being in a collaborative and supportive environment. We offer a generous $6,000 sign on bonus for FT employees.

Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Administer medications and treatments following physician orders. Monitor and assess resident health status, including vital signs, pain levels, and changes in condition. Document resident care and maintain accurate medical records. Provide education and support to residents and their families. Supervise and delegate tasks to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing staff. Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings. Maintain a safe and positive environment for residents and staff. Available shifts including: 6:45am-3:15pm

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Compassion and empathy for older adults. Ability to prioritize effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
